Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@peakdegreesoutdoor.com. Returns require a Return Authorization Number provided by our customer service team. Please contact us at support@peakdegreesoutdoor.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number before sending your item back.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the original packaging, tags, or required proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
